Registration Guidelines for
Marysville Chess Club's Invitational Tournaments
The Marysville Chess Club's (MCC) Spring and Fall Invitational Tournaments are limited to 32 participants. The tournaments are intended specifically for Active MCC Members and Sponsor Invited Guest.
The following guidelines are used to extend invitations for the MCC Invitational Tournaments
Approximately six weeks prior to the tournament Active MCC Members and Sponsor invited guest will receive an emailed invitation with a personalized invitation number for registering online. You will have two weeks to register before invitations are sent to Group 2.
Approximately four weeks prior to the tournament Inactive MCC Members and non-member past participants will receive an emailed invitation with a personalized invitation number for registering online. Registration closes two weeks prior to the tournament.
Those without email access may receive an invitation verbally or through the US Mail. You may register and pay in person to Richard Vail or Roy Dotson prior to your groups deadline. If there is space available after registration has closed additional registration opportunities will be extended until full capacity is reached.
